**Job Description**
The Ryan Lab at Trinity College Dublin is seeking a Research Assistant to act as Lab Manager for the group, led by Prof. Tomás Ryan. The research focuses on investigating the fundamental neurobiology of memory engram formation and function, employing an integrative approach combining experimental techniques such as optogenetics, engram labelling technology, mouse transgenics, molecular biology, electrophysiology, calcium imaging, and behavioural experimentation. The role requires independent and collaborative work, initiative, good judgment, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, while serving as a liaison between the lab and various university offices.
