**Job Description**
This full-time postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Houston, College of Pharmacy, invites applications for a position focused on developing and applying methods for estimating causal treatment effects on health outcomes in older adults, with an emphasis on dementia. The role involves working within the Population Health Outcomes and Pharmacoepidemiology Education and Research Center (P-HOPER Center) and the Department of Pharmaceutical Health Outcomes and Policy (PHOP). The fellow will utilize real-world data and modern causal inference methods, including large-scale observational electronic health records and claims data, to inform clinical decision-making in dementia.
