• Mammalian cell culture
• Transfections
• Recombinant protein characterization
• Enzyme kinetics
• Isolation and culture of various blood cells, endothelial cells, and other cell types
• Western Blots
• qPCR
• ELISA
• Flow cytometry
• Immunohistochemistry
• Coagulation assays
• In vivo experiments with small laboratory animals (tail-vein injections, blood collection, surgical procedures in mice)

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Biochemistry
• Molecular Biology
• Cell Biology
• Biomedical Sciences
