**Job Description**
The Post-doctoral Researcher will conduct research focused on gene editing of APP and other genes linked to familial Alzheimer’s disease. This involves designing prime editing components, developing efficient delivery methods, and exploring the introduction of protective mutations. The strategies will be evaluated using cellular and mouse disease models to assess their impact on amyloid-beta-induced pathogenic effects. The role also offers involvement in ongoing projects, such as novel anti-amyloid-beta immunotherapy development, utilizing molecular cloning, gene editing, cell biological, and histopathological techniques for ex vivo and in vivo evaluation.

• Basic laboratory techniques (e.g., immunohistochemistry, western blot, cell culture work)
• Solid experience in molecular cloning
• Experience with gene editing (desired, not required)
• Experience with laboratory mice (desired, not required)
