**Job Description**
The successful candidate will join Prof. Nathalie Conrad’s research group to support a one-year project focused on heart failure aetiology. This role involves investigating the causes of heart failure using large-scale biobank cohorts, conducting high-quality data analysis, and supporting the design and delivery of epidemiological research. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful research at the cutting edge of population health and cardiology.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Proficient in R, Stata, or Python for statistical analysis
• Demonstrable experience in handling and analysing large-scale datasets, including EHR and biomarker data (e.g., UK Biobank, China Kadoorie Biobank)
• Specialist knowledge of cardiovascular disease epidemiology, ideally heart failure
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
