**Job Description**
This Postdoctoral Research Associate position supports research activities in physiology and pomology (apple and pear) in tree crops in Washington. The role involves conducting scientific research, preparing reports and presentations, and writing manuscripts for publication. The incumbent will also plan and execute field and laboratory experiments, develop and modify research procedures, and manage data collection, processing, and analysis.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Horticulture
• Plant Science
• Related field
**Experience**
Experience Required:
• 3 years (Horticulture)
Other:
• Ph.D. obtained within 5 years of hire.
• Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with field and laboratory instruments and equipment (Preferred).
