**Job Description**
This position provides a wide range of confidential administrative support to the Graduate Program Coordinators and IGS Theme Coordinators within the Irving K. Barber Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS). Responsibilities include supporting multiple key university graduate administrative services such as process development, application and admissions, student registration, records and progress tracking, degree completion, and data reporting, in conjunction with the College of Graduate Studies, Enrollment Services, and other FASS departments. The role also provides research administrative support to the Manager, Research, Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies, and the Associate Dean.
