**Job Description**
This role focuses on projects concerning the economics of children and young people’s mental health to inform health policy. The successful candidate will be affiliated with the Health Economics Research Centre (HERC), with opportunities to contribute to HERC’s teaching program.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Sufficient specialist knowledge of the discipline to work within established research programmes
• Evidence of understanding, expression, and application of concepts and methods
• Strong data analysis skills, especially in applied econometrics and statistical methods within health economics
• Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Health Economics
• Related quantitative discipline
**Experience**
Other:
• Substantial research experience in applied health economics research or similar disciplines (for Master’s degree holders)
