**Job Description**
This PhD project focuses on developing and optimizing a Paediatric Post-Sepsis Model of Care to improve outcomes for children and their families following sepsis. The program aims to address fragmented and inconsistent follow-up care by developing a comprehensive, consumer-informed, and scalable model. The research should add value to an existing grant and may explore supplementary areas such as multimorbidity post-sepsis, health literacy and navigation, digital tools and technology-enabled follow-up, and nurse-led models of care. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Experience/study in research (preferred)
• Experience in paediatrics (preferred)

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) entry requirements
• Background as a health professional or consumer advocate
