**Job Description**
The University of Sydney is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join the School of Project Management, focusing on organising just and resilient climate adaptation. This role involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across various fields to advance research on climate change and global grand challenges. The successful candidate will contribute to the establishment of this research stream through active research, proposal development, and the writing of academic articles. Opportunities for collaboration with external universities, government agencies, and the private sector are integral to the position.

• Ability to work with industry partners in written and verbal forms and sustain relationships
• Capabilities in working both independently and as part of a team of researchers
• Ability to identify opportunities and contribute to and lead paper development for publication
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to conduct high quality research with increasing independence and present it engagingly
• Willingness to cross collaborate with other researchers in an engaged interdisciplinary environment
• Proficiency in a broad range of qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis methods
• Understanding of multidisciplinary research
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage research projects within established timelines
