Key aspects include conducting high-quality research, leading publications, engaging in clinical trials, and contributing to or leading research grant submissions, all aimed at reducing radiation toxicity for lung cancer patients.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge of computational algorithm development
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge of working with medical images, in particular CT or cone-beam CT
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research/scholarly activities
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in a team environment
