**Job Description**
An exciting opportunity to join Professor Cameron Turtle as a Research Assistant within clinical and laboratory research teams. The role involves developing and conducting clinical trials of genetically modified cellular (CAR-T cell) immunotherapies for patients with haematologic malignancies.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Understanding of human T-cell immunology
• Ficoll separation and cryopreservation of human PBMCs
• T cell culture, phenotypic and functional assays
• Multi-parameter flow cytometry
• Lentiviral transduction
• Excellent interpersonal skills across a range of stakeholders
• Strong research methodology skills in immunotherapy or cancer
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
