**Job Description**
This position is for a Research Assistant to join the SWINS (Sustainable Wellbeing through Investment in Social Services) project team at Maynooth University. SWINS is a 36-month Horizon Europe funded project focused on developing and testing a policy-oriented toolbox for assessing the economic and social returns of investments in social services across the life course. The project aims to bridge knowledge gaps on how these investments influence macroeconomic stability and foster EU sustainability transition performances, supporting a rights-based social investment approach. The Research Assistant will support Lead Investigators Prof. Delia Ferri and Dr Charles O’Sullivan, with a focus on Work Package (WP) 2 and 8, by conducting desk-based research on EU law and policy and relevant scholarship.
