**Job Description**
The Research Fellow will work under the supervision and guidance of the Professor of Allied health and Active Ageing, undertaking health services research. This role involves managing and implementing funded research projects, developing new research activities within the Caring Futures Institute, contributing to project approvals, implementation, data management and analysis, and manuscript preparation for publication.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Substantial research experience, demonstrated through publications, presentations, and contributions to peer-reviewed journals.
• Strong ability to critically review literature relevant to health services research.
• Excellent communication skills to build and sustain productive relationships with stakeholders and industry partners.
• Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodology.
• Ability to plan and execute data collection and analysis.
• Experience delivering project targets on time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in an academic environment.
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Health-related discipline

Other:
• Valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check satisfactory to the University.
• Strong recommendation to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for staff working in a health care setting, in line with SA Health policy.
