**Job Description**
This Clinical Research Assistant will join an established team of clinicians and researchers in Ophthalmology dedicated to understanding blinding pediatric retinal diseases and identifying patients who may be eligible for treatment trials. The role involves reviewing medical records to extract details of ophthalmic and genetic data for analysis and preparation for publication. Occasionally, assistance with study visits for clinical trials may be required.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Facility with EXCEL
• Familiarity with MatLab, R and other analysis programs (useful)
• Collaborative spirit
• Analytical skills to gather and interpret data
• Well-developed communication skills
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities and resourcefulness

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• STEM
• Psychology
