This Postdoctoral Research Fellow position at the National Allergy Centre of Excellence (NACE) focuses on leading the development and implementation of a Living Systematic Review program, particularly in food allergy. The role involves shaping national research, contributing to evidence-based clinical guidelines, and supporting real-time policy and practice improvements through high-quality, collaborative research.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Extensive experience in developing and conducting systematic reviews, ideally including living systematic review methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present findings at academic and professional conferences.
• Advanced understanding of research processes, the Australian health system, and strong skills in critical appraisal and evidence synthesis.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and institutions.
• Strong self-direction and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and contribute meaningfully to both internal and external initiatives.
