**Job Description**
The Xufeng Chen lab at MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow with a strong biomedical research background. The lab focuses on dissecting cancer-associated immune evasion mechanisms, connecting them to treatment efficacy, and reversing immune evasion to improve outcomes. This involves utilizing cutting-edge experimental and computational approaches in functional genomics, cell biology, biochemistry, single-cell/spatial multi-omics, data mining, drug screening, and disease modeling. The incoming fellow will receive training and conduct research at the intersection of cancer biology and immunology, working closely with collaborators to explore drug resistance and immune evasion mechanisms in leukemia and develop novel therapeutic strategies.

• Proven track record of publications
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Research experience in hematology (physiology/pathology)
• Research experience in immunotherapy (checkpoint blockade/CAR-T/TCR-T)
• Research experience in antigen presentation
• Research experience in single-cell spatial multi-omics
• Research experience in data mining
