Postdoctoral Fellowship: Health Inequalities

**Job Description**
This Postdoctoral Fellowship focuses on health inequalities research within a National Institutes of Health (NIH) R01 funded study. The primary objective is to develop an intersectional, comprehensive, multilevel, and multidimensional Structural Racism Measure with measurement invariance and validity for both Black and Hispanic/Latino populations. The selected fellow will work with Dr. Villalonga-Olives and collaborators from multiple institutions to investigate health inequalities, apply psychometrics, and conduct patient-centered outcomes research.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• PhD (or equivalent qualification) from backgrounds related to health outcomes research (e.g., Public Health, Epidemiology, Sociology, Health Services Research)

• Recent or prospective doctoral graduate
• Experience with vulnerable communities and stakeholder engagement is desired
