**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated co-worker with a strong research interest in 3D-cell culture research, microbiota, and molecular virology. The project aims to utilize genetically programmed commensal lactobacilli as living therapeutic material (LTM) to deliver biopharmaceuticals for chemoprevention of chronic inflammation and carcinogenesis in the female genital tract. The research will focus on using 3-dimensional organotypic and organoid tissue culture models to study the LTM effects on inflammatory signaling and virus-induced carcinogenesis, employing unique 3D-cell biology and molecular biology techniques such as single cell sequencing, chromatin, and pan-omics analyses.
