A PhD position is available in algorithmic aspects of cheminformatics, focused on applying formalisms, algorithms, and computational methods from computer science to design microbial communities for health science. The project aims to expand these computational methods, their formal foundations, and create efficient algorithms and implementations.

• Strong familiarity with algorithmics, graph transformation, and algorithm engineering
• Proven competences in programming

• Exposure to systems chemistry or systems biology (asset)
