**Job Description**
This PhD position focuses on the legal challenges encountered by the technical industry when adopting AI in its processes. The successful candidate will analyze how the European legal framework, including the AI Act, GDPR, and worker rights frameworks, supports or restricts AI adoption in specific technical industries, focusing on case studies from project partners. The position is embedded within the Security, Technology and e-Privacy Research Group (STeP) at the Faculty of Law and the Jantina Tammes School of Digital Society, Technology and AI research community.
