This Postdoctoral Scholar position, under the mentorship of Dr. Anjun Ma in the MaTRIX Lab, involves developing advanced computational and AI methodologies to decode complex biological systems and accelerate translational discoveries. The role emphasizes integrating deep learning, graph-based modeling, and multi-omics analytics, particularly single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, to uncover molecular mechanisms in cancer and immunology. The scholar will collaborate with interdisciplinary experts in AI, immunology, genomics, and computational biology across OSU BMI, PIIO, and OSUCCC-James, leveraging exceptional computational infrastructure and rich multi-omics datasets to bridge discovery to clinical impact.
