Research Associate/Fellow/Senior RF

**Job Description**
This position at the National University of Singapore’s Centre for Sustainable Medicine (CoSM) aims to accelerate the transition to low-carbon, climate-resilient health systems. The successful candidate will play a central role in the education, research, and operational delivery of CoSM, coordinating education programs, managing cross-functional workstreams for effective research and education execution, and contributing to the translation of research into policy and practice. The role involves overseeing a small team to shape and scale sustainable healthcare across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific.

• Experience working and familiarity with operational processes in academic institutions, government, international organisations, or healthcare institutions (ideal)

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Research Associate: Master’s degree in any discipline (advantageous in Medicine, Public Policy, Public Health, Sustainability and Environmental Sciences, or Education)
• Research Fellow and Senior Research Fellow: Ph.D in Medicine, Public Policy, Public Health, Sustainability and Environmental Sciences, or Education

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• At least 5 years of working experience, including project management and team leadership.
Other:
• Postdoctoral experience (advantageous for Research Fellow and Senior Research Fellow)
