The research will generate tailored dietary recommendations to optimize glycemic control, reduce the risk of complications, and advance precision nutrition approaches to inform clinical guidelines. The study will integrate observational analyses of CGM data with a subsequent clinical trial to evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in real-world settings.
