**Job Description**
The Mahindra Humanities Center at Harvard University invites applications for multiple one-year postdoctoral fellowships in the environmental humanities. These fellowships are open to scholars from any humanistic discipline, interpreting the environmental humanities broadly across all parts of the world and historical eras. Fellows will pursue their own research projects, participate in bi-weekly seminar meetings, and engage with the Center’s Environment Forum programming. The program seeks to foster innovative engagement with the environment and the humanities.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Humanistic discipline
Applicants must have received a doctorate on or after May 2023, or demonstrate completion of all degree requirements, including dissertation defense, by August 1, 2026.
