**Job Description**
This postdoctoral position at Aarhus University focuses on crop modelling for climate adaptation and resilience within the EU Boreal region. The role involves developing precise solutions and adaptation strategies for agriculture, co-developing plans with local actors, and creating an interdisciplinary modelling platform to evaluate future climate and crop systems at larger spatial units. The position requires working with established field experiments, full-scale facilities, and analyzing spatial data to optimize model parameterization. The successful candidate will also contribute to the research environment, participate in EU-project meetings, educational activities, and publish in high-impact scientific journals.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Collaborative skills and ability to demonstrate commitment in teams.
• Fondness of taking the initiative and motivation to pursue a scientific career.
• Documented experience in scientific writing and publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
