**Job Description**
The Mahindra Humanities Center invites applications for several one-year postdoctoral fellowships in the environmental humanities, encompassing any humanistic discipline. This includes broad interpretations of the environmental humanities across all global regions and historical eras, with potential topics such as humanistic approaches to climate change, biodiversity, social justice, environmental justice, food justice, regenerative practices, gardening, landscape, urban foraging, health, and animal studies. Fellows will conduct their own research, actively participate in bi-weekly seminar meetings, and engage with the Center’s Environment Forum programming.
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Humanistic discipline
**Experience**
Other:
• Doctorate received on or after May 2023, OR
• Completion of all degree requirements, including dissertation defense, by August 1, 2026
