This role will be responsible for working directly with faculty, graduate students, researchers and the Army to provide technical project management support and coordination for ongoing research in an agile and dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform project management tasks in support of the NRG and of individual faculty and research PIs, including technical task planning and scope definitions, risk identification, tracking and reporting, budget planning and task proposals, financial tracking and reporting, and collaboration with other group members and support staff to meet program objectives.Present status and work directly with internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate internal and external meeting scheduling, notes and action items. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.Assist with special projects and any other tasks that require independent decision-making,engineering/research,and a broad organizational perspective performing related duties as requested.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience.At least one year of experience with Project or Program Management in an R&D/ engineering environment, DoD, or Army environment.
