Clinical Research Assistant (HS)

**Job Description**
This position provides assistance in support of clinical research studies within the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Pulmonary, under the oversight of the College of Medicine (COM) Center for Clinical Research Management (CCRM). Key responsibilities include assisting with the implementation and coordination of studies, participating in the recruitment of study participants, performing behavioral or diagnostic testing, and aiding in the collection, maintenance, and reporting of clinical research data. This is a patient-facing, on-site role that may require flexible hours.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Research capacity
• Knowledge or experience in specialty (e.g., pulmonary/critical care)
• Phlebotomy
• Performing basic laboratory procedures to process biological specimens
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of database software applications

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:

• Medical field
