**Job Description**
This Research Fellow position at the Centre for Primary Care and Health Services Research focuses on contributing to NIHR-funded research. The project aims to explore the impact of employment and deployment models of additional roles staff in primary care on staff and patient experiences, patient outcomes, and GP workload and job satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a highly experienced qualitative researcher, capable of independent work, while also collaborating with experienced colleagues and sharing project management responsibilities.
