**Job Description**
The TMAT group at DTU Health Tech is offering Ph.D. positions focused on 3D bioprinting, biomaterials science, and cell biology. The role involves developing human tissue models using stem cells for biomedical research and drug development, with potential applications in generative medicine and autologous surgical procedures. A central and critical challenge in this area is the design of appropriate biomaterials to serve as synthetic matrices and scaffolds for the tissues. The successful candidate will join a diverse team of engineers, chemists, and biologists collaborating on interdisciplinary goals.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Prior experience with mammalian cell/tissue culture will be considerable advantage

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Chemistry
• Biochemistry
• Materials Science
• Biomedical Engineering
• Or similar
Other:
• Must have a two-year master’s degree (120 ECTS points) or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to a two-year master’s degree.

**Experience**
