This postdoctoral position at the USC Roski Eye Institute, Department of Ophthalmology, involves supporting a multidisciplinary research project focused on developing intraocular extracellular vesicle (EV) therapeutics for various retinal diseases. The research, supervised by Dr. Sun Young Lee and NEI-funded, utilizes EVs as drug delivery carriers by modifying their surfaces for active targeting and cargo loading, and explores stem cell-derived EVs as a next-generation cell-free therapy. The role entails participating in planning, designing, and conducting highly technical and complex research projects, analyzing research data, and contributing to research documentation for publication.

• 1+ years, at least two first author papers (Preferred)
• Directly related education in research specialization with advanced knowledge of equipment, procedures and analysis methods (Minimum Field of Expertise)
