Postdoctoral Researcher

**Job Description**
This role offers an opportunity to join a biomechanics team, focusing on creating numerical models of biomechanical structures and validating them experimentally. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and publishing research papers, contributing to research proposals, liaising with medical partners, collaborating with team members across different research expertise, and supervising current PhD students.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Ability to write scientific journals
• Knowledge of using the ABAQUS simulation software package within biomedical engineering
• Experience in undertaking experimental work in the field
• Good communication skills in both presentation and scientific writing
• Ability to conduct research work both independently and as a member of a team

Required Degree(s) in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Biomedical Engineering
• Biomechanics
