**Job Description**
This Staff Nurse position at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC-James) focuses on improving health through innovative patient care, research, and education. The role involves providing patient care and supportive services to achieve positive patient outcomes, maximize patient involvement in their care plan, and reduce hospitalization length. The Staff Nurse plays a critical role in staff engagement, patient experience, quality, safety, and cost-effective care. **Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Nursing
Other:
• 2-Year College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience desired
• Degree from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program
• Current Ohio license or interim permit
