This position will serve as the Onboarding Specialist for staff and faculty. This position serves as a subject matter expert on executive support functions. This position will be assigned complex analytical duties and will be tasked with providing guidance and input based on policies and established guidelines. Must have the skill and knowledge to make decisions and recommendations that may deviate from the norm. Will perform operational level analysis to identify relevant concerns, factors, patterns, tendencies, and review of relevant information in order to make decisions and carry out assignments. Determines and locates sources for collecting information to develop administrative staff procedure manuals, guides and training tools. Will provide innovative and creative recommendations to resolve routine and non-routine problems and identify areas for improvement, make suggestions, and implement changes.
