**Job Description**
Aarhus University invites applications for a 2-year postdoctoral position within the Department of Management at Aarhus BSS. This role offers an opportunity to join the Innovation Fund Denmark-funded “PowerAV” research project, focusing on stakeholder perception of Agrivoltaics (PV integration with agriculture). The successful candidate will contribute to understanding the needs, challenges, and perspectives of diverse AV stakeholders across different regions in Europe, identifying O&M needs and challenges faced by AV operators and farmers. The position involves project management, data collection, data analysis, academic writing, and dissemination, with a potential for teaching assignments.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Experience with qualitative research methods, particularly semi-structured interviews and stakeholder analysis
• Familiarity with agri-food systems or renewable energy systems (advantageous)
• Knowledge about media analysis (plus)
• Experience with industry (plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Additional proficiency in German, Norwegian, or Turkish (asset)
• Experience working in international, interdisciplinary projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
