**Job Description**
The Natarajan Lab at the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy is seeking a Research Assistant to contribute to its primary focus: developing target and mechanism-specific compounds for drug discovery. Researchers in the lab utilize cell-based assays to screen compound libraries, identify hits for optimization, and advance selected lead compounds into preclinical development studies.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Cell culture experience (preferred)
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Chemical Sciences (preferred)
• Biological Sciences (preferred)
**Experience**
Experience Required:
• 1-2 years (in a laboratory setting)
Other:
• Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
