**Job Description**
The position is for a Postdoc to join a project focused on carbon capture and utilization (CCU) at Chalmers. The role involves developing catalysts and conducting detailed characterization experiments to support the future production of electrofuels and electrochemicals. The project aims to explore new catalytic processes for CO₂ hydrogenation, developing novel catalysts to be examined in high-pressure CO2 hydrogenation experiments combined with detailed catalyst characterization, particularly Atom Probe Tomography (APT).
**Skills & Abilities**
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
• Experience in high-pressure hydrogenation experiments (Merit)
• Experience in Atom Probe Tomography (APT) (Merit)
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Chemistry
• Chemical Engineering
• Physics
• Catalysis
• Materials Science
**Experience**
Experience Required:
• 4 – 10 years (Research Experience)
Other:
• Ph.D awarded no more than three years prior to the application deadline (exceptions for documented circumstances such as parental leave, sick leave, or military service)
