Annual Salary: € 42,552 - € 66,456 (gross, excluding holiday and year-end allowances) Position Classification: UFO profile Researcher 4 Union Affiliation: Collective Labour Agreement of Dutch Universities Benefits: 232 holiday hours per year (based on full-time) and extra holidays between Christmas and 1 January; Multiple courses from Teaching and Learning Centre; Multiple courses on leadership for academic staff, time management, handling stress, and an online learning platform with 100+ different courses; 7 weeks birth leave (partner leave) with 100% salary; Partly paid parental leave; Possibility to set up a workplace at home; Pension at ABP for which UvA pays two-thirds of the contribution; Possibility to follow courses to learn Dutch; 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% year-end allowance; Favourable tax agreement, the '30% ruling', may apply to non-Dutch applicants.
