**Job Description**
This postdoctoral position in the Peng lab at the Princess Máxima Center for Pediatric Oncology focuses on liver cancer and related disorders. The overarching goal is to understand disease mechanisms and develop innovative therapeutic strategies, leveraging state-of-the-art single-cell, spatial, and organoid technologies within a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment. The project aims to decipher disease origins, progression, regeneration, and cellular plasticity.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Expertise in single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, whole-genome sequencing, proteomics, organoid modelling, or CRISPR screening.
• Expertise in liver biology, developmental biology, or cancer biology.
• Strong publication record.
• Creativity and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Related discipline (PhD required)
