This Post-Doctoral Associate position offers an opportunity to join the Tom Lin laboratory within the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University, working on NIH-funded projects. The role involves advanced biochemistry research with a focus on areas such as Arginylation, Cell Engineering, Chemical Proteomics, Degrader Development, Drug Discovery, Proteomics, PTMs, and Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD). Successful candidates must be highly motivated, open to acquiring new techniques, adept at maintaining meticulous documentation, and capable of functioning both autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse research environment.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Solid training background in one of Proteomics, Organic/Medicinal Chemistry, or Cell Biology.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Relevant research field (Ph.D. or Doctorate)
Other:
• Knowledge of protein purification, molecular cloning, anti-cancer research, and imaging is preferred.
