**Job Description**
The postdoctoral position focuses on applying digital solutions to map spatial and temporal variability of crop growth and evaluate soil health, particularly concerning agroecological practices. The role involves using proximal and remote sensors, soil physical, chemical, and biological data, as well as plant and weather data to understand their interactions. The primary goal is to evaluate the contribution of different agroecological practices to soil health, productivity, and environmental impacts, working with established field experiments and full-scale facilities across Denmark, processing diverse digital data.

• Documented experience in scientific writing and publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
• Research experience in process-based crop modeling, uncertainty characterization, digital agronomy, or remote sensing.
• Experience in flying drones (e.g. EU License) and processing drone data (preferred).
• Interest and experience in developing competitive national and international research applications (preferred).
• Experience in programming languages (e.g. Python/R) and analytical skills in model evaluation (preferred).
• Experience in advanced statistical analysis of results (preferred).
• Experience with collecting field data in a spatial context (preferred).
• Insight into analyzing data-intensive measurements and sensitive analysis (preferred).
