**Job Description**
The Schneider Lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Postdoctoral Fellow to join a team focused on understanding cancer biology and metabolic vulnerabilities in lung cancer. The role is particularly interested in candidates with strong molecular biology and genome editing experience who are excited to work at the interface of tumor metabolism and therapeutic resistance.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Extensive experience in molecular biology techniques, including cloning and genome editing with CRISPR/Cas9 systems.
• Strong background in cancer research with a proven track record of publications.
• Proficient in molecular and cellular biology methods (e.g., cell culture, PCR, Western blotting, microscopy).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience working with mouse models of cancer (preferred; candidates without prior experience will be considered if willing to learn).
• Interest in tumor metabolism and a strong desire to gain experience in bulk and spatial metabolomics (preferred).
• Solid bioinformatics skills, including familiarity with tools for analyzing omics datasets and integrating molecular data (preferred).
