**Job Description**
The P&G Digital Accelerator@UC is seeking an environmental scientist to develop novel biodegradation methods for polymers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing biodegradation experiments tailored to evaluate polymer biodegradability in various environmental compartments.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Environmental science
• Environmental engineering
• Environmental chemistry
• Chemical engineering
• Analytical chemistry
• Closely related areas

**Experience**
Other:
• Solid understanding of chemical Phys/chem properties.
• Strong experimental design and problem-solving skills.
• Strong “wet lab” skills (preferred).
• Hands-on laboratory experience on biodegradation studies (preferred).
• Experience with Environmental analytical chemistry such as measurement tools (a plus).
