**Job Description**
This two-year experiential program, a collaboration between Northeastern University and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, is designed for Pharm.D. graduates to advance lifelong learning and professional training within the pharmaceutical industry. Fellows will engage with Northeastern University faculty in professional and career development, teaching, service, and scholarly activities, while working closely with Alnylam’s biopharmaceutical industry partners. The fellowship focuses on the Global Medical Affairs Early Assets function at Alnylam, developing medical strategy and leading execution to support Alnylam’s investigational RNAi therapeutics from Phase 1 and Phase 2 development.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on a variety of projects at both the industry site and Northeastern

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Pharmacy
Other:
• Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of Massachusetts
