**Skills & Abilities**
• Strong wet-lab experience and comfort working in an experimental biology setting
• Demonstrated capacity to drive a scientific project forward, through uncertainty, iteration, and technical challenge
• Intellectual creativity paired with the persistence to see ambitious ideas through to execution
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience in organoid systems beyond the cerebral cortex is encouraged
• Comfortable generating and interpreting biological data at the bench
