**Job Description**
A Ph.D. fellowship is available within the Department of Communication and Psychology at Aalborg University, commencing February 1, 2026. The successful candidate will join the PRAXIS project, a research initiative funded by Tuborgfondet, focusing on the development of creative, experimental, and practice-based learning cultures in vocational education. This full-time, fixed-term position involves both research and teaching activities. The Ph.D. fellow will develop an independent subproject within PRAXIS, exploring themes such as learning cultures, creativity, and experimentation specifically within vocational schools, while collaborating closely with Professor Lene Tanggaard and the research team.

• National as well as an international network (advantage).
• Documented experience with problem-based learning (PBL) (advantage; required within first year if not completed).
