**Job Description**
The host laboratory investigates the genetics of various human immune deficiencies, having recently identified several new genes responsible for these conditions. The postdoctoral researcher will be responsible for the functional characterization of one or more of these identified genes using diverse in vitro and in vivo systems.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams of biologists.
• Experienced in animal experimentation (mice).
• Solid knowledge in bioinformatics.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in standard protein biochemistry techniques (electrophoresis, Western blot, ELISA, immunoprecipitation, etc.), protein separation/purification, and enzymology.
• Proficiency in cell culture techniques and flow cytometry.
• Proficiency in basic molecular biology techniques (PCR, cloning, etc.).
• Good knowledge of the CRISPR-Cas9 system.
• Autonomy, strong communication skills, a genuine interest in teamwork, rigor, and a strong sense of organization.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Ph.D in Biology

**Experience**
Other:
• Experienced in animal experimentation (mice)
