**Job Description**
This Ph.D. position investigates how emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies redefine procurement strategies, leadership practices, and workforce development. The candidate will conduct original research into AI’s transformation of procurement across industries, focusing on leadership challenges, digital transformation of procurement tasks, and organizational interventions for workforce upskilling. Research will combine various methods, including interviews, longitudinal field studies, experimental designs, and intervention evaluations, engaging with academic, industry, and public-sector stakeholders.
