**Job Description**
This 5-year PhD research position focuses on exploring how AI can enable inclusive co-creation for neurodiverse children, specifically those with autism and eating behavior challenges. The role contributes to cutting-edge work at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics, and accessibility, with an emphasis on inclusive co-creation methodologies. The project aims to design and validate new methodologies for inclusive design using AI-empowered agents and games, adapting technological solutions to support child-led engagement and improve the quality of life for children with ASD and ARFID and their parents. The candidate will design, prototype, and test interaction concepts using AI-augmented tools (e.g., sociable robots, game-based environments) to build a foundation for user studies and methods development, ultimately leading to transferable knowledge for inclusive AI design.
